The 2008 election is coming soon and sooner than everyone would like to see. The impact of the last election that got the dems both house and congress. I hope that for everyone's sake, they do not take the next election as just a gimme election. If the dems filed a cardboard box, they will not win this thing and prob. Lose the next go around in the election process. Let's look this week at the contenders vining for the right to be the 2008 rep for the dems and maybe the next president.
John Kerry jumps out at most people cause it was the biggest turnout in recent memory for the polls. Now Kerry has had several years to let his mouth get in the way of gaining power in the highest office in the land. Kerry first off could very well be a great present, I could care less what Hannity and others say. Kerry has however got some issues with going after the commander and chief spot. One being that everything he does is looked at harshly by those at Fox News and others. The joke that the dems could have had cost them the elcetrion. I believe no one understand he was insulting”W”, not the troops. Kerry also fucked up during the last election with his antics and refusal to go on news shows instead of going to places like Letterman and Leno.
Second is the man that ran with Kerry and that was John Edwards. Now Edwards in my take should have been the president spot not the VP. The man is young and popular and has a ton of great ideas. Edwards is looking out for people that others could care less about and that is the poor. Edwards can engerzie the party and could get people out to the polls. He is a lawyer which means he is smart as a whip and once out of the white house could make it on his own without the country taking care of him for the rest of his days. Edwards has fresh takes and ideas and could be a great speaker and can laugh at himself without being like “W” and looking fake doing it. Edwards goes on shows like Letterman and Leno and The Daily show. However, Edwards can go on O'Reilly and Meet the Press and can get the job done in that arena as well.
The next challenger to the spot in the left side of the isle, The poster boy for not a chance in hell. Dennis Kucinic reminds me of an elf, Dennis Kucinic can also get nothing across once he opens his mouth and the things that come out of his mouth. Dennis Kucinic last time he ran disguised his ads on the net download sites like Lime wire and others like Porn. So basically the porn people got involved and if your marketing to people who download porn. You have no shot in hell, pal. Dennis could become a very attractive candidate if he was the different man to do so. Like Ralph Nader, Nader had great ideas but looked like a version of Kramer who had sex with the whole nation. Dennis Kucinic looks like a damn elf.
The final two people on this short list, Bulba's wife, Hillary Clinton. Clinton is going to be in my take, The contender from the democratic party. Clinton has the women's vote and has some good ideas and has the public knowledge and speculation of the media. Clinton can run all sorts of ideas and get things done without being on O'Reilly and others. Clinton can be the next president and make things happen. Clinton has not made the move as of this writing to run. However, if she does I will examine in future columns.
Finally the last person on this list, I look at the Barack Obama. Now this guy came along in the 2004 election with his speech at the convention. He speaks well and has such a machine behind him as well. Obama can be the president but he has a middle eastern sounding name and could hinder him in the southern states. Obama can be the first black president in the history of the USA, however that once again can hold him back. heather you like it or not, Blacks are still not our pals in the USA from blacks fucking white women to the rappers to other things. Obama has had such a fire and been hot big time with his time in the USA. Obama has had some Howard Dean like momentum and looks to not implode like Dean did. However it is early and could miss something along the way. Obama can and will in my take be a good front runner for the nomination.
My take on this mess is simple, I will sum this up with several ideas. Now the reason Kerry and Edwards lost their hold on the presidency's from the exit polls,etc. Kerry and Edwards lost because “boys were kissing”. The base and the old people got charged up and got to the polls to vote for Bush on the base of “Boys kissing” then while your there vote for “W” as well. So now it's time for Dennis K to head out the door. I think it's just a joke he is running and will not win. Next let's look at Clinton, she may not get the big spot cause of being a woman and the Republicans smearing her. She may win the top spot cause of Bill and everyone's love for the Clinton and Clinton years. Finally Obama can lose the top spot because of being black and also having the middle eastern sounding name, just like the “boys kissing” Karl Rove could spin, something to make Obama look like Osma.
Finally let's look at the filed one more time, Kerry had his shot and did not win and this time around no one wants to see Kerry for a great amount of the year duking it out and trying to be the man who would be crowned new leader of the free world. Clinton could do it because of the name and also because she could be the new kid on the block. Obama could get it cause of those exact same reasons. Whatever happens,. Believe me, we will be back on the air and here on the rant talking the elections in the future.
