Weekly Rant: 8/24/2008 Obama/Biden 2008

The world have been waiting for who would Obama would pick as his VP, the news media stalked outside people's houses. People in the political world, go threw and toss out every one's name they could think of. I yelled and screamed that the pick would not be some clown that no one in the media and common world would not know. For instance they kept tossing out Tim Kaine as the Vp pick, guess what if mom and pop in Topeka do not know Tim, he is not going on the ticket. The media tossed out all sorts of people and guess what when Barry picked someone, he picked someone that people would know.

Now let's look at the pick, who did Barry not pick that everyone thought he would pick, and that was Clinton. Now a lot of people know that always the #2 is always the pick, Kerry picked Edwards..and etc. However, Barry picked Biden, come on? Joe Biden..the guy who coined the phrase this week...Successful dump! First off Biden has been in the game of Washington for 30 years? I thought Barry wanted change and picks. Barry went out and chose a guy who has not a vision of change and is gonna cause him issues down the line. Clinton did not get picked cause I believe Barry knew she was smarter and saverier than him. He also did not want to be overshadowed by Bill and her.

I think that Biden was a bad pick, first off this guy could not even get out of the gate, in the Democratic nomination process. He voted to authorize the war in the middle east, then Biden also during the process of run up to being picked, said that Obama needed more experience. He has been in the Senate longer than anyone with 6 terms. He has ran once in 1988 and then again in 08 and now is being the VP for Barry. Barry picked Biden cause of his international knowledge and experience. So basically your telling me that Barry wanted someone who could do what he could not. Which means he can not be ready on day 1, but he knows someone who can be.

I believe in Biden, I have been a fan for years of this guy being a no nonsense guy, from his different appearances on Bill Mahre's program. From his rants and raves on the committees in Washington to run his run in 2008 for President. However, I just do not see this going Barry's way. Everyone wanted it to be Barry and Clinton. Everyone knew if Clinton would have been the pick, it would have been a landslide victory for the Dem's because McCain has nothing and could have just turned the keys at the counter and walked away slowly.

My take on this is that McCain picks anyone half way decent, who people know and like, then the Rep. Get a 3rd run in the White house Barry went from being the next president to being now the guy who has a pretty good shot at it. McCain is already using the Clinton pick and people being pissed at not having her on the ticket is getting people riled up for McCain. I think it would be great that McCain picked Hill or having him pick Romney The Conservatives now have more momentum to go after the Dem's with the Biden pick.

Finally if McCain picks Romney than guess what McCain gets it, cause the Rep wanted Mitt and not McCain. However if McCain picks Huckabee or someone else that no one wants then guess what we have no choice, cause guess what Nader is not a choice, I am not voting for the guy from Billy Madison as president. Crazy Karl is not getting into the White house, McCain I just can not see as President but Mitt I could, so let's hope that McCain gets in and dies shortly later so we can all have Mitt in charge.{No I am not wishing death on McCain, I was a fan the 1st time around but now he is just a confused old dude...as Paris would say}
