Question Cheapest package 4 unlimited Dwnlds
What would be the best package for me to purchase in order to have unlimited Howard Stern [U]radio[U] downloads.

The only unlimited plan is the Ultra Unlimited plan, it's not cheap though.

If you just want to download the daily show I would recommend the $11/mo Credit Sub, or the $20/mo Credit Sub if you want to download the daily show + some other stuff like Howard TV.
